We are looking for a young, dynamic, and forward-thinking individual to lead by example. You will need to come up with new, innovative ideas, yet maintain an old-school work ethic. You will be responsible for building and growing a formidable team, extensive marketing, and networking to gain market share, growing sales, production, and profitability of the dealership. You will need at least 1 year of DP experience, 3 years of Branch Management experience or 5 years of New Car Sales Management experience (taking on some DP tasks).
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A Business-Related Degree/Diploma (Beneficial)
A valid Drivers License
At least 1 year DP experience, 3 years Branch Management experience OR 5 years New Car Sales Management experience (taking on some DP tasks) in a franchised motor dealership
Outstanding leadership skills

A stable work history
