Our client, a brand with a strong local legacy, is searching for a skilled F&I Business Manager to join their booming team. They’re looking for a confident, polished professional who can effortlessly balance compliance requirements with a strong sales focus. In this role, you’ll support both the new and pre-owned sales departments, with particular attention to driving APU performance. A sharp commercial mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with the sales team are key to success here. To apply, you’ll need to be a fully accredited F&I (proof will be required) with at least 2 years of unassisted experience in a franchised motor dealership environment. You should be comfortable working independently, have a firm grasp of all F&I procedures, and take pride in your attention to detail and integrity. Above all, they’re after someone who’s approachable, collaborative, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving strong business results.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
Fully qualified F&I Business Manager, with current CPD hours.
RE and NCA Accredited
A Valid Drivers License
At least 2 years of F&I experience in a franchised motor dealership
Working knowledge of Signio, Seriti or similar and a DMS.
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A stable work history with reliable and contactable references.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive, energetic demeanour.
