A brand with a well-established reputation and strong local footprint is looking for an experienced F&I Business Manager to join their Bedfordview dealership. They need a confident and well-presented professional who can maintain the perfect balance between compliance and commercial drive. In this position, you’ll work closely with both the new and used vehicles, with a key focus on boosting APU performance. This role will require a sharp business mindset and the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with the sales department. To qualify for this job, you must be a fully accredited F&I (proof of accreditation required) with a minimum of 2 years of independent experience in a franchised dealership. You should have a solid understanding of all F&I processes, be self-sufficient in the role and demonstrate integrity and attention to detail in everything you do. Most importantly, they’re looking for someone personable and team-oriented, someone who values customer satisfaction just as much as achieving strong financial outcomes.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
Fully qualified F&I Business Manager, with current CPD hours.
RE and NCA Accredited
A Valid Drivers License
At least 2 years of F&I experience in a franchised motor dealership
Working knowledge of Signio, Seriti or similar and a DMS.
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A stable work history with reliable and contactable references.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive, energetic demeanour.
