A top 10 brand is looking for an experienced F&I Business Manager to join their stylish and well-established dealership team. They are looking for someone confident, professional, and well-presented, someone who can maintain that ideal balance between compliance and sales performance. As the primary F &I, you’ll work closely with both new and pre-owned vehicles, with a strong focus on improving APU performance. You’ll need a sharp business mindset and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with the sales team. To be considered for this position, you must be a fully accredited F&I (proof of accreditation required) with at least 2 years of independent experience in a franchised dealership. You should have a thorough understanding of all F&I processes, be capable of working independently, and be known for your integrity and attention to detail. They’re especially looking for someone approachable and team-oriented, someone who values customer satisfaction just as highly as financial success.

Job Requirements

Matric Certificate

Fully qualified F&I Business Manager, with current CPD hours.

RE and NCA Accredited

A Valid Drivers License

At least 2 years of F&I experience in a franchised motor dealership

Working knowledge of Signio, Seriti or similar and a DMS.

Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet.

A stable work history with reliable and contactable references.

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive, energetic demeanour.
