A busy Service Station in the heart of Stellenbosch is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take charge. This isn’t just about running a petrol station, you’ll be responsible for managing the forecourt, the convenience shop, and the in-store café. Think of it as running three businesses under one roof! The role involves leading and motivating the team, keeping customers happy with excellent service, meeting sales targets, and ensuring the site always meets the brand’s high standards. To apply, you’ll need a Matric certificate and a valid, endorsed Drivers License, have strong people skills, (You should be fluent in both English and Afrikaans) be very customer-focused, and a confident communicator. Solid leadership is key, as you’ll be guiding, disciplining, and inspiring your team while also training and developing staff. You’ll need to be comfortable with numbers and basic accounting, as well as computer-literate with experience in MS Office, point-of-sale, and stock management systems. This role is perfect for someone experienced who enjoys being hands-on, has a passion for leading a team, and can balance customer service with driving business performance.

Job Requirements

Matric Certificate

At least 5 years of experience managing a service station with a convenience store and café

Computer Literate (MS Office, point-of-sale, and stock management systems)
Impeccably well groomed and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
A stable and continuous work history
