Our client, a fast-rising organisation that has quickly established itself as a respected name, is looking for a competent and dedicated Senior Human Capital Officer to join their expanding team. This pivotal role will support the implementation of Human Capital and HR operations across multiple business units, providing services to over 150 employees in line with company policies and procedures. To apply for this position, you must hold a completed HR qualification and bring a minimum of 5 years of Human Capital experience in a transport, supply chain and logistics, construction, or manufacturing environment, have solid knowledge of HC policies, practices, and procedures is required, proficiency in the full MS Office Suite and payroll systems such as PaySpace, Oracle, SAP, or ESS. A sound understanding of Bargaining Council administrative requirements, basic financial and commercial acumen, and a strong grasp of employment contract law, labour legislation, and related practices are also essential.
